2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are still attached.
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item is sent back within 7 days after return approval.
Items returned in worn or altered condition may not be accepted, and we reserve the right to deny refunds if the product is not in its original state.

Any items damaged due to improper care or use after receipt.

Once your request is approved, our team will reply with:
The return shipping address
Instructions for safe packaging and return
Please use a trackable shipping method to send the item back to us.
profaltaf is not responsible for lost return packages, so we recommend keeping your tracking receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned package, our team will:
Inspect the item to confirm its condition;
Notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you used a discount code, the refund will reflect the amount paid after discounts.
Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
6. Exchanges
We currently offer size or color exchanges for the same product style, subject to availability.
If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
